Review by hotel critic
The owners provided a warm welcome drink, which I appreciated after my journey, but the service fell short of expectations. The property undeniably offers cozy accommodations with a lounging area and a flat-screen TV, but it seems that attention to detail was lacking, especially when it came to cleanliness. While the location is great - just a short walk to trains and local dining - I found myself disappointed by the inconsistency in service. The complimentary continental breakfast was adequate, although it couldn't sweep away the annoyances I encountered with housekeeping. The free bicycle usage was a lovely touch, and I made full use of it to explore the beautiful coastline nearby. Despite my frustrations, there's a certain charm to the B&B, especially if you're looking to enjoy a laid-back atmosphere on the Italian coast. It's a shame that the unprofessional service tarnished what could have been a delightful stay, as I went in excited for new experiences. In the end, on my next beach retreat, I might seek out a different spot to truly unwind with friends.
